Daeho Dining Group, a beloved Korean restaurant chain known for its authentic flavors and innovative dishes, is looking for a dynamic Kitchen Manager. Since our inception in Incheon, South Korea, in 1957, and our subsequent restaurants in the US in 1990, we've grown to multiple locations across California and Las Vegas. With three more locations set to open in California, Texas, and Hawaii, we're excited to expand our team.

As the Kitchen Manager, you'll at the of our helm culinary operations at one of our vibrant locations. You'll be the backbone of our kitchen, ensuring the delivery of authentic Korean dishes that our patrons have come to love. Key Responsibilities:

Lead our kitchen team, maintaining operational excellence and high culinary standards.Manage inventory, procurement of authentic ingredients, and kitchen equipment.Uphold and enhance our food safety and hygiene practices.Drive menu development, incorporating traditional Korean flavors with innovative twists.Mentor and develop kitchen staff, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in kitchen management, preferably in a Korean or Asian cuisine setting.Strong leadership skills, with a history of motivating teams to achieve excellence.Deep understanding of Korean cuisine and culinary techniques.Familiarity with food safety regulations and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of hygiene.Culinary school background or equivalent professional experience.
