Sales Support

<Job Description>

-Customer service via phone and email

-Order processing and billing

-Shipment processing and handling

<Requirements>

-Able to lift up to 50 pounds

-Experience with MS Office

-Fast and accurate data entry skills

-Strong attention to detail

-Great written and verbal communication skills

-Team-oriented

-Experience with freight handling, able to drive a forklift is a plus

Shipping Department

<Job Description>

For this position we are looking for someone to help us in our shipping department to help organize deliveries and incoming cases, as well as to help answer the phone. Experience in the dental industry, customer service, or shipping & receiving is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidates.

The shipping assistant needs to be someone who is willing to learn, and is also organized, and able to handle quick thinking situations, and also be willing to take direction from anyone in the office if needed.

Your duties may include, but not be limited to:

• Receiving, processing and shipping Lab cases.

• Mutli-line phones.

• Processing incoming and outgoing cases.

• Coordinating cases within the lab.

• Basic computer skills are necessary.

<Requirements>

This job will require some bending and stooping throughout the day. Packages weigh an average of one to two pounds. The applicant must be fluent in English and be able to legally work in the U.S.
