• Rent: ~$1060/month + utilities.
• Availability: Late Jan / Early Feb (Flexible).

About Me (Your Potential Roommate)
I’m a 29-year-old male graduate student at UW (Construction Management). I am an avid outdoorsman (skiing, climbing, sailing)—if the weather is decent, I am not home. I love to backpack around to new countries during school breaks so you'll have the place to yourself a lot (it would be awesome if you dint mind watering my plants 😅.
At home, I value a calm environment. I love coffee and espresso and love to wake up with some coffee by the window on a slow day.
What I Am Looking For
• Cleanliness: I am looking for someone who is very clean and respectful of shared spaces.
• Credit Score: Applicants must have a credit score of 600+ to be approved.
• MFTE Eligibility: This unit is part of the Multi-Family Tax Exemption program. To qualify, you must earn BELOW a certain annual income limit(~90,000). If you are a high earner, you will not qualify for the lease. Please only inquire if you meet MFTE requirements.
