qualification: 그로스 인컴 = 3x 렌트 , $7,194.00. 2명이서 살면 세금전 각자 $3,600씩입니다. 

Parking: one covered parking 포함, 만약 차가 2대이상이면 월 $20내시고 오픈 주차장에 주차하셔도 되요. 아니면 유닛 건물 파킹장 바로 앞에 street parking도 많습니다.

It is NEWLY RENOVATED WITH LAMINATED FLOORS IN LIVING AREA AND KITCHEN and NEW CARPETS in BEDROOMS. we moved in early june but due to new job offer, we will be moving out

Information of lease is below:

Rent: $2,398.00

Term: until July 24, 2024

Size: 2bed 2 bath - 1,158 Sq Ft.  additional closet/storage space in living area, with large pantry and laundry room. Large Balcony with storage room.

Deposit: The initial deposit we made will transfer over to you.

Application Fee: We will reimburse you if you qualify minimum requirements for lease takeover. Make sure you qualify for qualification below, so that you know  you meet minimum requirements.

Qualification: Lessee total gross income must be 3x rent which equals to $7,194.00

W/S/G: shared across residents in building. Approx $80-$100 a month if 2 tenants in unit. We are currently 3 people so our bill comes about $120 month.

Electricity: Billed directly to you.

Parking: One covered parking included, additional parking space is $20/month with open parking. The location of unit has many open parking in the area and street parking.

Amenities: Gym, amazon hub locker, BBQ picnic area, pool.

Master bedroom: attached storage and walk-in closet. Extra storage In restroom
