All the rooms shown are located downstairs in a friendly neighborhood of Newport Hills, and it will have a separate door to go in and out for your own privacy. We will also provide you with a fully functioning wet bar, laundry/dryer machines, and some basic pieces of equipment (if necessary).

We do not allow parties, use of drugs, smoking, or excessive drinking. We wish to live with a responsible and consistent individual :)

You will have convenient access to a bus stop to Factoria mall, Bellevue College/Downtown, Seattle, Renton, T-mobile HQ...etc. which is only 6-10 minutes away from the house by walking. Otherwise, they are all within 15 mins driving distance. Convenient stores and local restaurants are also just around the corner! Which all resides within 5 mins of driving distance.

- Criminal record (we will obtain a copy of this for you. You will incur a charge of $35 for this service)
- Valid photo ID
- Deposit of $500
- Rent fee for the first & last month
