We are a fast-growing Korean fast-casual restaurant group with 10+ locations in Washington State seeking an experienced Area / Multi-Unit Manager.

REQUIRED / 필수
Must have managed 2 or more restaurant locations simultaneously
Multi-unit restaurant management experience required
Strong scheduling and labor cost management experience
Strong knowledge of COGS, food cost, inventory, and waste control
Proven experience managing, training, and holding employees/managers accountable
Must be able to travel between locations as needed

다점포 레스토랑 운영 경험 필수
직원 스케줄 및 인건비 관리 경험
COGS, 식재료 원가, 재고 및 폐기 관리 경험
직원 및 매니저 교육, 관리 및 성과 관리 경험
필요 시 여러 매장 방문 가능해야 함

Responsibilities / 주요 업무
Oversee multiple restaurant locations
Manage General Managers and store teams
Review and control scheduling, labor, COGS, and inventory
Monitor sales and store performance
Improve staffing, operations, food cost, and profitability
Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and service standards
Support new store openings and company growth

Compensation / 급여
Salary or Hourly – TBD based on experience
