Location: Elizabethtown, KY

 
Job description:

We are a staffing agency based in Atlanta specializing in engineering/technician/business-related technical personnel. We are currently seeking Korean Interpreters at an EV battery company located in Kentucky. We welcome applications from anyone who meets the following criteria:

Job Position and Qualifications:

1. Position: Korean/English Interpreter

2. Number of Positions: 00

3. Qualifications:

– Ability to relocate

– No specific experience or educational background required; university graduates or those about to graduate are eligible (OPT and STEM OPT, J-1 also accepted).

– Preference given to candidates with experience in manufacturing or battery companies, as well as those with an engineering background.

– Proficiency in both Korean and English at an advanced level.

Work Environment:

1. Salary: Pay starts at $30 a hour. It can be raised based on a quarterly performance assessment up to $40. For a night shift, pay starts at $33.5. Overtime is 1.5 times of the regular hourly pay.

2. Duration: At 6 month to 1 year with the possibility of extension

3. Working Hours: 5 days a week, 12 hours a day (overtime pay is eligible after 40 hours per week). Both day and night shifts may be assigned, depending on the client’s operational needs. Weekend work may also be requested.

4. Benefits: a newly built apartment provided (2 Bed & 2 Bath, shared by two)

Main Responsibilities and Future Vision:

1. Interpretation between Korean engineers, technicians and line operators.

2. Opportunity to gain knowledge and experience in the future industry of battery technology
