신청 자격 조건에 관한 문의를 원하시거나 실업수당 신청에 도움이 필요하시면 연락 주시기 바랍니다. 
실업수당 신청시 각 절차별 상세한 안내를 해드리며, 신청과정과 weekly claim 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 문제들에 대한 정보와 안내를 제공하여 심리적, 실질적 어려움을 덜어드리고 있습니다. 
사전정보 부족이나 언어장벽으로 인해 제대로 신청이 되지 않아 Appeal 을 해야하는 경우가 발생하는데, 이런 경우에 실질적으로 필요한 내용의 답변이 이루어지지 않아 어려움을 겪고 계신 분들을 위해 도움을 드리고자 하오니 연락주시기 바랍니다. 
실직하신 후 경황이 없으셔서 실업수당 신청을 미루어 놓으시는  경우가 흔히 있으며, 곧바로 새 일자리를 찾게 되리라 기대하시고 신청을 안하시는 경우가 많습니다. 하지만 즉각적으로 실업수당을 신청하시는 것이 신청진행 시간을 단축할 수 있으며, 자격조건이 되시는 한 실업수당을 신청하시는 것이 올바른 권리이므로, 다른 일자리를 알아보시는 동안에도 실업수당을 신청하시기를 권장해 드립니다.
