Role Description

We are seeking a Business Development Partner to join our team remotely on a full-time or part-time basis. This role involves generating new business opportunities, building relationships with investors and borrowers, and expanding WorkingMoni’s reach in the real estate and lending markets. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with a strong network in real estate, lending, or investment industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities by connecting with potential investors and borrowers
Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate professionals, lenders, and investors
Educate potential clients on WorkingMoni’s hard money lending solutions and investment opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams to refine sales strategies and improve client experience
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and industry best practices
Drive growth through networking, outreach, and strategic partnerships

Qualifications:

Experience in business development, sales, real estate, lending, or finance preferred
Strong networking and relationship-building skills
Knowledge of hard money lending, real estate transactions, or investment strategies is a plus
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple leads
Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach
Ability to work remotely with flexibility in schedule
Willingness to learn if not experienced
