Full job description

This positions roles and responsibilities:

Account management and client relations (Korean/Non-Korean Small Business Owners)
Prepare local and state tax returns and quarterly filings
Back Office Tax Preparation, supporting the Tax Preparers with client documents.
Bookkeeping data entry, Payroll & Related Work
Entering P&L and Balance sheet into tax software.
Take in person appointments/ finalize tax returns over email or phone.
This position provides a continual learning and growing environment, with opportunities for advancement/training. You must be very punctual, a fast learner, self-motivated and extremely organized.

Below are the candidate qualities we are seeking:

Experience with QuickBooks
Uncanny drive to keep track, organize and follow through on lots of moving parts and activities
Work as a team member.
Able to quickly learn new software and new skills and adopt them to be more efficient and effective in your role and for others.
Payroll/ bookkeeping experience preferred but not required.
Friendly and outgoing, able to provide excellent customer service.
Bilingual (Korean and English).
Job Type: Full-time

Weekly day range:

Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
Ability to commute/relocate:

Federal Way, WA 98001: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:

High School Graduate
Microsoft Office: 1 year (Required)
