DBL Business and Immigration Law located in  Bellevue, Washington, is looking for a full-time/part-time legal assistant with 1-2 years’ experience in business transactions and immigration matters to work on-site. Remote work may be available after few months of familiarization with software and systems and policies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Obtain information/documents from client and sort and organize information;
Enter information and documents into practice management software;
Record events, payments and disbursements and communicate with clients via email and voice;
Answer telephone inquiries from clients and provide information and case updates; and
Prepare various forms/correspondence for review by attorney prior to finalization and send out for processing applications and supporting documents to governmental agencies.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience and fluency in utilizing Microsoft Office including Teams, Word and Excel and PDF software;
Must be accurate and detail oriented; and
Must have excellent communication skills and must enjoy dealing with people.
Preference will be given to an individual who is bilingual or fluent in another language and/or culture.
