What You’ll Do:
• Input shipment invoices and monitor open purchase orders in the system.
• Handle daily cash receipts and deposit.
• Complete monthly sales report for suppliers
• Reconcile and file monthly liquor tax returns for all states.
• Responsible for month-end close duties including monthly bank reconciliation.
• Act as a liaison between the internal team and customers
• Provide any ad-hoc analysis and assigned work as requested by upper management.
