Job Descriptions

1. JOB TITLE: Civil Field Engineer (Supervisor)

DEPARTMENT:  Construction of Industrial Division

REPORTS TO: Civil Superintendent

LOCATION: Taylor, TX

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

Under policy direction from the Superintendent and the Project Team, the Civil Supervisor position is in charge of Civil Construction.

· Site Check & Record (patrol)

· Coordinating site work

· Managing progress and schedule

· Reviewing specification & shop drawing

· Progress measurement

· Inspection

Qualification/Requirement

· Auto CAD, Revit, Naviswork

· Experience in Steel Structure, Reinforced Concrete Work (more than 3yrs)

Desirable

· Fluent in speaking and writing both Korean and English

· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

· Experience in Steel Structure, Reinforced Concrete Work

2. JOB TITLE:  Electric Field Engineer (Supervisor)

DEPARTMENT:  Construction of Industrial Division

REPORTS TO: Electric Superintendent

LOCATION: Taylor, TX

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

Under policy direction from the Superintendent and the Project Team, the Electric Field Engineer position is in charge of Electric Construction including but not limited to below.

· As an Electric Engineer supervise the 138kV substation construction activities listed below but not limited to;

- Substation equipment installation (SA, DS, CB, PT)

- MV E-house installation

- Control E-house installation

- Grounding installation

- Cable puling/termination works

- Cable trench installation

- MV Transformer installation

· Monitoring progress and performance of subcon. during the execution of work

· Ensuring the scope of work, procedures and schedules are adhered to

· Reviewing the technical contract documents & engineering reviews

· Identify & Analyze design changes & modify drawings & doc. accordingly

· Ensure a safe and effective execution of construction works.

· Identify and report problems to the manager.

· Field Inspection and technical assistance to 3rd Party Inspector.

· Attend and contribute to progress and technical meeting as necessary.

· Document Control (RFA, RFI etc.)

Qualification/Requirement

· Experience in Electrical Construction (more than 3 years)

· Experience in Progress Management

· MS Office, Auto CAD, Naviswork

Desirable

· Experience in 138kV substation Construction

· Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering

3. JOB TITLE:  Mechanical Field Engineer (Supervisor)

DEPARTMENT:  Construction of Industrial Division

REPORTS TO: Mechanical Superintendent

LOCATION: Taylor, TX

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Under policy direction from the Superintendent and the Project Team, the Mechanical Field Engineer position is in charge of Mechanical Construction including Module Fabrication.

· Construction site check & record

· Managing progress and schedule

· Reviewing specification & shop drawing

· Progress measurement

· Supporting inspection

· Document control (RFA, RFI, etc.)

· Supporting pre-commissioning and turn-on

Qualification/Requirement

· More than 3 years of experience in Mechanical & Piping Construction

· Experience in Progress Management

· Experience in BIM

· MS Office Programs, Auto CAD, Naviswork

Desirable

· Module fabrication Management experiences

· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

4. JOB TITLE:  Project(Document) Controller

DEPARTMENT: Project control Division

REPORTS TO: Field Control Manager

LOCATION:  Taylor, TX

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
* 계약서 등 서류 관리 및 정리, 보고서 작성 등의 업무를 맡게 되며, 반드시 한국어 구사 가능해야 합니다. 

· Print and distribute documents as needed

· Scan and upload documents according to company procedure

· Collect and register all technical documents such as drawings and specifications in the company’s internal system

· Review and update documents for maintenance and quality control

· Keep other personnel updated on new document versions and how to obtain access

· Handle records across various department

· Create template for use by other personnel

· Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive documents

· Make a report with MS office program (Excel, Word, PPT)

· Establish and maintain record retention timelines

Qualification/Requirement

· Minimum of two years’ experience as a Project Controller or Document Controller

Desirable

· Fluent in speaking and writing both Korean and English
