(Assistant Sales Support Representative/Bookkeeper/Customer Service)
*Full Time: Monday - Friday/8AM-5PM/Location: Renton,WA/*This position is not remote*
1.Assistant Sales Support Representative
As an Assistant Sales Support Representative, you will collaborate with team members to support Sales, Support, Shipping, and Accounting Departments to ensure all sales and related procedures process smoothly.
Some typical duties include:
-Customer service via phone and email
-Online order processing and billing
-Online subscription management
-Shipment processing and handling
-Quote, invoice, and purchase order entry
-Data and inventory management
Preferred Qualifications:
-Strong attention to detail
-Experience with MS Office
-Fast and accurate data entry skills
-Great written and verbal communication skills
-Strong work ethic
-Team-oriented
2. Bookkeeper
Bookkeepers will oversee a company’s financial data and compliance by:
-Maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations.
-Maintains records of financial transactions by establishing accounts; posting transactions; ensure legal requirements compliance.
-Perform daily accounting tasks such as monthly financial reporting, general ledger entries, and record payments and adjustments.
-Maintains historical records by filing documents.
-Prepares interim financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
-Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying requirements; enforcing adherence to requirements; filing reports; advising management on needed actions.
-Assists management in developing, implementing and enforcing internal controls
-Assist with basic HR duties like new hire documents, compliance, and temporary disability insurance and workers’ compensation filings.
Minimum Requirements
-Associate degree in accounting, finance, or related field
-Previous bookkeeping experience
-Detail oriented and data driven
-Able to work constructively with a diverse team
-Good verbal and written communication skills
-Proficient in using standard office computer applications and experience with commercially available accounting systems.
3. Customer Service
The Customer Service Employee is responsible for maintaining the level of service to our clients that gives them a positive opinion of the company and motivates them to continue doing business with the company.
As a member of the Customer Service Team, one should perform in a way that enhances the company’s reputation within the industry and community. The primary Job responsibilities are:

-Maintains customer satisfaction by providing problems-solving resources.
-Answers customers’ and subordinate’s questions.
-Communicates with Customer Service Team members.
-Follows company policies and procedures.
-Follows production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
-Identifies customer service trends and determines system improvements.
-Determines customer service requirements by maintaining contact with customers.
Specific skills include:
-Preferred working experience in customer service and communication

-Analyzing information
