Small law firm in Bellevue is seeking for a P/T billing coordinator / back up receptionist with a client relation skills. As a billing coordinator, you’ll be responsible for managing our billing process, A/R collections, and retainer replenishment process. As a small firm, you may be asked to wear multiple hats and we are looking for a person that’s willing to learn and go extra miles. You must be organized, detail-oriented, positive, compassionate and a team player. Fluency in Korean is a plus!
