Sales Support

-Customer service via phone and email

-Order processing and billing

-Shipment processing and handling

<Requirements>

-Able to lift up to 50 pounds

-Experience with MS Office

-Fast and accurate data entry skills

-Strong attention to detail

-Great written and verbal communication skills

-Team-oriented

-Experience with freight handling, able to drive a forklift is a plus

Accounts Receivable

-Customer service via phone and email

-Document management and other administrative tasks

-General accounting tasks including online payment and credit processing, and other financial tasks

<Requirements>

-Proficient with MS Office

-Strong attention to detail

-Bilingual in Korean and English

-Great written and verbal communication skills

-Team-oriented

-Accounting experience is a plus

-Experience with accounting software preferred

Accounts Receivable

-전화/이메일 고객 응대

-서류 관리 및 오피스 행정 업무

-온라인 결제, 크레딧 발행, 은행 입금 등 전반적인 재무/회계 업무

<Requirements>

*MS OFFICE 사용 능숙자

*꼼꼼하고 책임감이 강하며 논리적인 사고를 지닌 분

*비즈니스 영어 Verbal/written 커뮤니케이션 능력

*협업심이 강하고 기업문화를 잘 이해하고 공감하며 실천하실 수 있는 분

*관련 업계 회계, 재무 업무 경험자

-회계 소프트웨어 경험자 선호

*한국어, 영어 이중언어 구사 가능자
