Position Summary

This position requires general oversight, cleaning and stocking of supplies in all public areas inside and outside of building/s. Day Porters respond to business management needs in a timely and effective manner and must be flexible in performing assigned duties by supervisor.

Essential Duties

Report to supervisors for tasks that may include, but are not limited to:

• Responding to building requests as instructed by building management and/or ABM management.
• Monitor lobby and plaza areas for cleanliness.
• Monitor and maintain escalators and elevator cabs, including floors.
• Empty waste receptacles and sweep surrounding areas.
• Wipe down counter tops and clean any spills, as needed.
• Clean restrooms, including toilets, mopping spills and wiping countertops.
• Check modes dispensers for supplies and refill as needed, empty modes receptacle if needed.
• Fill paper towels, toilet paper, and soap dispensers as needed.
• Set out rain mats on rainy days along with Wet Floor signs.
• Spot clean fingerprints marks on doors and mirrors.
• Sweet and vacuum floor as needed.
• Perform high and low detail dusting.
• Properly maintain exterior of the building from ground level and monitor garden areas.
• Follow all safety and personnel rules and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to work with other crew members and be able to take direction from Supervisors.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak in English.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to respond to work orders via smart phone.
• Effective interpersonal skills to communicate with customers and all levels of management.
• Ability to perform all physical aspects of the above job duties.
• Previous experience preferred but not required.

• 필요에 따라 종이 타월, 화장지 및 비누 디스펜서를 채우십시오.
• 비오는 날에는 젖은 바닥 표지판과 함께 레인 매트를 설치하십시오.
• 문과 거울에 깨끗한 지문 자국이 생깁니다.
• 필요에 따라 달콤하고 진공 바닥.
• 높고 낮은 세부 먼지를 수행합니다.
