A successful IT Help Desk Support candidates will be able to quickly learn and obtain skills to assist administrating the bank network, and troubleshoot network / banking systems while working with various IT and non-IT banking services related projects with many different departments timely and efficiently.

Job Descriptions:

IT Help desk services
Troubleshooting and analyzing network and banking systems
Small to medium size IT / Banking Systems project assistance
Systems user administration
Assist Network systems and services procurement and installations
Workstation (Windows 7 and Windows 10) deployment and hardware / software installation
Network and Bank system backup operations
Assist IT asset maintenance / Daily IT asset database maintenance
Assist Patch Management (windows updates, banking system updates, other software)
Daily banking and Network system event log review
Ability to learn and obtain skills for Windows based Network / Domain administration
Ability to learn and obtain Bank Online Banking / Mobile banking / Cash Management helpdesk services.
Other Branch and facility related projects and maintenance coordination.
Primary contact for IT / non-IT vendors
Facility related project coordination
Education and Experience Requirements / Preferences

BS in IT related fields or equivalent (IT related training or experience)
IT Network related certificates (A+, Net+ or etc.) preferred.
Experiences with Group Policies, WSUS, Active Directory, DC administrations, and etc. preferred.
Knowledge or experience with VM (Hyper-V) system, Azure administration / implementation preferred
Knowledge or experience in various network / security systems such as SonicWall firewalls, switches, IDS and IPS system, Symantec products, BackupEXEC, and SIEM solutions preferred.
Experience with MS Office 365 email and other cloud based subscription preferred.
Bi-Lingual (Fluent in both English and Korean) required.
