Our Staff is successfully planning, scheduling, implementation and delivering of the company’s present and future product line for the entire life cycle of numerous multi-million dollar technical development projects.

Our staff will directly interface with our carriers product development, compliance, quality management teams, multifunctional engineering teams through requirements, development, LAB, feature submission, certification, troubleshooting to successful acceptance, product launch our product and to ensure all the products requirements and specifications are understood and met in order to meet the project milestones

Communicate to all our client(s) product release schedules and managed client product plans by supplying weekly progress reports to each team.

Continuously provided technical support to customer including implementation enhancement and troubleshooting, Q/A, field testing of products and working with our manufacturer to ensure the quality of our products.

Assist sales, marketing teams in product demos, trainings, and after-sales supports

Skill set need besides the usual good verbal / written communication skills, the candidate will be well versed in the different wireless technologies of the industry as you will be interfacing with wireless system and software engineering staff at our customer’s headquarters or their test laboratories.

Ability to work in fast paced environment, handle multiple priorities, present to various levels of management and a team player

BS, BA in Business or Computer science

Exposure in working telecommunication sector a plus

Some travel including overnight may be required from time to time in order to meet the needs of the project.
